Referral Rewards are exclusively for existing xScape customers who refer a new customer. If you know someone who often thinks about outdoor living, introduce us. They’ll receive $500 off a qualifying outdoor living project. Once their project is complete, we’ll send you a $500 thank-you check for the introduction.
You’ve already worked with xScape on your outdoor space. Now you can introduce someone you know to the team. Your friend, family member, or neighbor may just be starting out, deciding whether they want a deck, a covered porch, a pool deck, a patio, or a complete master plan for their backyard.
You don’t need to figure out the project for them. Tell us who they are and what they’re interested in, and we’ll take it from there. xScape designs and builds custom decks, outdoor structures, patios, and connected outdoor living spaces across Northern Virginia.

Anyone can submit a referral! Whether you are an existing xScape client, a neighbor, a friend, or a family member, you are eligible to receive the $500 check when your referred friend completes a qualifying project.
No. If they’re exploring ideas, select “Not sure yet” on the form and share whatever they’ve mentioned. xScape can discuss the possibilities during their initial consultation.
You can still submit their referral as long as you do so before their initial consultation. A referral submitted after that consultation does not meet the program’s timing requirement.
No. Submission records the introduction; a qualifying project purchase and project completion are required for the $500 project discount and the $500 referring check.
A qualifying project is a full-custom deck, porch, patio, or outdoor living structure built and constructed by xScape. Small repairs or routine service work do not qualify. Ask your xScape representative for full details on project eligibility.
Yes! You can make multiple introductions through this page. Referral incentives are limited to 10 qualifying referrals per referring person annually.
Unexpected backyard transformations, increased neighborhood gatherings, excessive grilling, prolonged relaxation, and friends who suddenly want to spend every weekend at your house. In rare cases, participants may experience an uncontrollable urge to refer additional neighbors. Do not operate a boring backyard while participating in the xScape Referral Rewards Program.
Only existing xScape customers may submit referrals. The person they refer must be a new xScape customer. The referring party and the referred customer must both be identified through the referral webform on this page prior to the referred customer’s initial consultation.
The referred customer must purchase and complete a qualifying outdoor living project through xScape for the $500 project discount and the referring party’s $500 check to apply. Incentives are limited to 10 qualifying referrals per referring customer annually. Program terms and minimum project thresholds are subject to change. Restrictions apply.
