Our 15-year structural framing warranty and 4-year labor warranty apply to full custom outdoor lifestyle projects (including multi-trade deck, porch, patio, and integrated pool environments) completed under an official xScape contract:
Structural Integrity
Failure, excessive shifting, or structural defects in steel framing, aluminum framing substructures, footings, GoliathTech helical piles, and primary load-bearing beams.
Craftsmanship & Assembly
Composite board alignment, mechanical fastening, picture-frame border executions, structural masonry joints, custom timber assembly, and hardscape settling beyond standard tolerances.
System Integration
Proper structural execution and physical mounting of outdoor heating elements, rain drain systems, integrated lighting, structural enclosures, and outdoor kitchen framing.
To maintain complete transparency, our structural and labor warranty does not apply to:
Normal Wear & Tear
Natural cosmetic aging, natural stone weathering, minor color fading from direct UV exposure, or initial natural soil settling within standard engineering tolerances.
Site Alterations
Damage caused by third-party contractors, unauthorized post-build structural modifications, unapproved additions, or heavy landscaping changes that disrupt pre-engineered site drainage.
Acts of Nature
Extraordinary weather events, severe flooding, fallen trees, seismic activity, or ground movement caused by external environmental disasters.
Unqualified Scopes
Standalone minor repairs, cosmetic maintenance touch-ups, or structures built prior to or outside of an official xScape design-build agreement. (Note: xScape specializes in complete outdoor lifestyle environments starting at $100k+ and does not perform standalone repairs or maintenance).

Provide Project Details
Include your original project address, approximate completion date, and 2-3 photos or video clips clearly showing the area in question.
On-Site Inspection
A dedicated xScape Project Manager will review your documentation and schedule an on-site structural or labor evaluation.
Resolution & Repair
Approved labor or structural repairs are scheduled directly with our specialized construction crews and completed at no cost to you. For material defects, we coordinate directly with our manufacturer reps on your behalf.
